All of our olives are organic, non-gmo, vegan, gluten free, and naturally salt cured (unpasteurized). As a result of this natural curing process, our olives are some of the only to be considered a great source of probiotics and antioxidants. We proudly grow all of our own olives as well as many of our ingredients - if an ingredient is not grown on our ranch then it is sourced from local organic growers.
